OVflex app manual
In some regions, we offer an OVflex service when there is no regular bus service. These mini buses do not run according to a fixed timetable, but have to be reserved in advance. This can be done by phone or via the OVflex app.
Using the OVflex app is quick and easy
The only thing you need is a smartphone. Follow the instructions below and you will be ready to travel with OVflex.
- Download the free OVflex app in the Play Store or Apple Store.
- Follow the instructions to create an account.
- Choose the area you will be travelling in most often (if you want to travel somewhere else, you can always select a different area via the menu at top of the screen).
- After registration, you are ready to reserve a trip. Click on a departure bus stop and an arrival bus stop.
- Select a date.
- Select a time and specify the number of people.
- Pay with your credit card or choose to pay in the vehicle with OV-chipkaart or debit card.
- As soon as the driver has confirmed your journey, you will see the driver's details and the pick-up time.
